EVENT INFO

The EMT 2021 Online Throwdown will be an online event on 23th April and 11th of May 2021. After this three weeks it turns out who will be the winner of the EMT 2021 Online Throwdown!

REGISTRATION

The registration for the online event opens on 4th January and closes at 7.00 PM on 27th April. No late entries will be accepted. The early bird registration fee (until 28th February 2021) is € 20 and includes treatment costs in both categories. Normal registration fee is € 25 and includes treatment costs in both categories too. That is available on 1st March to 31th March. Late registration fee is € 30 and includes treatment costs in both categories too. That is available on 1st April to 27th April.

IMPORTANT DATES & INFORMATION

The online event will be running from 23th April to 11th May 2021. During that time we will release one WOD each Friday at 7.00 PM (i.e. 23th, 30th April and 7th May). Athletes have to complete each workouts, submit their scores and have their score verified by their manager until the 7.00 PM next Tuesday (i.e. 27th April, 4th and 11th May).

The EMT 2021 Online Event leaderboard will be live and continuously updated with the submitted scores. Athletes will be awarded points depending on their placing in each workout. At the end of the event Athletes will receive an overall ranking.

RANKING

Each podium, the RX and Scaled will receive gift prize at the end of the event.

The cash prizes for the RX categories are calculated as follows:

60 % of the RX category’s registration fee will be redistributed.

(Example: 30 male RX 35+ Athlete - the cash prize is € 360 on the podium)

Male & Female 60+ (must be 60 years on 2021)
Scaled Male & Female 30-34 (must be 35 years on 2021)
Scaled Male & Female 35-39 (must be 35 years on 2021)
Scaled Male & Female 40-44 (must be 40 years on 2021)
Scaled Male & Female 45-49 (must be 45 years on 2021)
Scaled Male & Female 50-54 (must be 50 years on 2021)
Scaled Male & Female 55-59 (must be 55 years on 2021)
Scaled Male & Female 60+ (must be 60 years on 2021)
